Motherhood humbled me and made me realize I’m not superhuman and trying to be was setting the wrong example for my team; it has made me laser-focused on what the highest priorities are; it’s inspired me to define success on my terms and determine my own value and worth instead of letting someone else do that for me.

What’s your latest working parent win and/or other important info you would like to share?

I found a flexible path at just the right time for my family as an entrepreneur and luckily had learned from many other moms and entrepreneurs before me who have approached building a business in a much more manageable, sustainable and fluid way than the typical startup entrepreneur is perceived to do.
