Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start?

The course will be online and available for viewing and learning from March 1. As the core curriculum is video based, you can watch at any time and progress at your own pace.

How do I access the course?

You will receive email instructions stepping you through the process of accessing the content and joining our online community once the course is available in March. You can login to view the content from any device, including phone, desktop or tablet.

When is the best time to take the course?

You are welcome to take the course at any time, however we believe you’ll find the most value in the content during your period of parental leave. This will allow you time to action the lessons you learn.

Is the private online community only for moms?

At this time, yes. We find the unique experience a mother goes through during this transition deserves a safe place to be shared; somewhere moms can navigate what they are experiencing with the support of a team of experts, and like minded women who are currently on parental leave or have recently returned to work.

Do you offer the course in person?

While we have offered the course in-person in the past, COVID-restrictions have made this unviable at the time. For this reason we’ve taken all of the resources, lessons and experts we provide access to as part of the in-person experience and combined them into The Return To Work Series online course, which includes training videos, regular LIVE webinars and access to our interactive online community of fellow parents.
