Parental Leave and Returning Back to Work Coaching

Our parental leave and return to work coaches can support you from pregnancy, preparing to return back to work, and adjusting to becoming a parent pursuing a career. We are here for you every step of the way.

Planning for Parental leave and returning back to work

  • Providing tools and support in preparation of going on parental leave: We will discuss emotional and physical resources needed, how to communicate with your employer, and all things baby as it relates to prepping for the new arrival.

  • Support the transition back to work through a guided customized program that is built just for you to address the preparation leading up to the end of parental leave. Providing research based tools that outline a defined process and vision in order to return back to work with confidence.

  • Preparation for the arrival of first, second or third child. Providing research based tools to help families through the adjustment to one child or multiple children.

  • 60 minute phone consultation will provide you with the support to navigate preparing for leave or returning from leave back to your career. Ultimately insuring you have a roadmap to have confident conversations with your employer and employees while supporting the transition of adjusting to the realities of having a newborn/infant/toddler.

Fair Play Book Club for Career Mothers

Are you the default parent in your household? Do you have a to-do list so long that the idea of reading a book is overwhelming? Do you wonder how to even begin to improve your domestic labor and mental loads?

You are not alone! Join Kimberly Didrikson, CEO & Founder of Learning Motherhood, and Lauren Tetenbaum, perinatal therapist and working parent advocate, to connect with others feeling burned out and ready for change. Lauren and Kimberly are certified facilitators in the Fair Play Method, a system developed by gender equity activist Eve Rodsky to fairly divide and rebalance domestic tasks. We'll help you reclaim your time and rediscover what makes you interesting.

Our group will meet virtually for 4 consecutive weeks

The total cost is $125 and reading is encouraged but not mandatory (we totally understand how busy you are!).
